Lady Cheyenne's slave is strapped to a table, legs apart and balls stretched before him. Cheyenne towers over him, trampling his balls with her high heels. The slave is helpless to stop her. She puts all of her weight on his balls and stands with both feet as the slave winces and moans. Cheyenne then canes the slaves balls, digging in with one her shoe's sharp heel. She removes her shoes and crushes his helpless balls with her bare feet.
